Mark Stabile Serves as Co-Author of Two Books Dealing with M&A Strategies and Trends Books are part of “Inside the Minds” and “Thought Leadership” Series published by Aspatore Books May 2008Cohen & Grigsby is pleased to recognize Mark Stabile, executive vice president and a director of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups, for serving as co-author of M&A Deal Strategies and Mergers & Acquisitions Law 2008 (Aspatore Books, 2008).
M&A Deal Strategies is co-authored by 10 other attorneys in addition to Stabile. The book covers a variety of topics related to mergers and acquisitions, including negotiation strategies, deal protection provisions, representation and warranty assessment, and analyzing and addressing risk. Stabile’s chapter focuses specifically on finding the right approach to developing a successful mergers and acquisitions strategy.
Mergers & Acquisitions Law 2008 is co-authored by Stabile and seven other attorneys, and covers topics including mergers and acquisitions milestones over the past year and thought leadership for the year ahead. Stabile authored the chapter on current trends in mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Mark Stabile is a director of Cohen & Grigsby’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups, and also serves as the firm’s executive vice president.
